Sounds like me. My little guy is not in school yet, but Hubby is a teacher and I am glad to have him home (or I will be when break starts on Wednesday) and I am glad that no one will have to go out in this weather. We are getting tons of snow. Plus, I still need to go shopping for Christmas dinner (or actually dessert) as well. I guess I am in good company.

Thanks for the trackback, Laurie! I honestly feel like 8 hours is too much for me. I used to sleep about 8 hours a night, but now my back starts to hurt! If I’m catching up I can sleep 8 hours no problem, but it usually isn’t unbroken sleep. I certainly couldn’t do it two days in a row. Kind of makes me mad because my bed is really comfy

I have been thinking about this as well. I have been working on scheduling things to post while I am entertaining them.

They will be gone part of the time to NY to visit family so I can get things done during that time.

I’ve been on it and I love the advice the other moms post. Though I didn’t win the stove, I’m going to keep trying because I can’t wait to find out what the next prize will be!

I absolutely love what you’re doing. I think that you are a great person for helping/volunteering to help women get the birth experience they would love to have. I think it’s great that you are doing this while still maintianing your home.

Since I’m going to school for computer science (bachelors degree) I have decided to volunteer my time at our local ministry that helps the homeless learn the basics in computers. I’m sure they could use my help as I’m pretty knowledgeable in the “basics” so far…LOL.
